I once cut two videos for R.E.M. It was an open source deal, but I was contacted by Vincent Moon afterwards and we started up a nice conversation over email. Eventually he forwarded an email from Michael Stipe who said, “that one is super cool.” Needless to say, it’s one of my favorite forwards.
